Noelle - Day 102 (Disney Geeking)

So how are my favorite readers today?  I dunno, because none of you ever comment.  -_-

Anyway, today I'm starting to geek my room - changing it from Moroccan paradise to "Yep, a teen girl lives here" to Fangirl Central.  It obviously needs some work, but it's definitely getting there.  Yay!

At any rate, I got some free geek stuff recently, thanks to a friend of mine.  It's this ADORABLE Mouse ears ornament, which of course went straight to my shelf.  It's so cute!!!  And (bonus points galore) it's not just any Mickey ears, it's Aladdin disney ears!  That is my favorite Disney movie, possibly tied with Lion King and Frozen and Tangled (don't judge).  Anyway, if you asked me what my favorite Disney movie is, I would probably blurt out Aladdin without hesitation.

Tahdah!  You can totally tell that it's Aladdin-based, but the more I look at it the more I see TONS of references.

Here's a better look at those reference: Jasmines's shirt and gem; the lamp (duh); the doves that Jasmine releases flying around...; ...the palace (I'm counting those as two); the magic carpet; the palace wall pattern on the bottom rim; the flowers that Jasmine places with in the fountain; and there's one more you can't see here.

Guys...the Mickey Mouse ears has a Jasmine pony tail.  A PONY TAIL!  My life is complete.


Well, it found its home in-between my sand art (which is almost ready to retire) and the Italin dudes (who will never retire)

Hello, it's me... - Kathleen

Hello, I found the intro category. YAY!!! I’M DOING THINGS RIGHT! Ok, I’m Kathleen Pederson. Noelle is the only one that knows me, I met her when she moved here to the lovely Southern Illinois, Land of the Corn and Soybean fields. They’re great. Anyways, I’m 15 years old, I was born on January 17 th , 2001, really late at night. I have lived in Florida (three years), England (three years), and Illinois (9 years.) I play a little soccer, bits of golf, and I love to swim. (Freestyle is my favorite.) I also play the piano. Any obsessions? Noelle - Day 250 (The Post For Writers)

Hi everybody! Can you believe that we've already made it to Day 250??  I mean, that's like almost 100 days left!  (actually it's 114, since I took a day off for Christmas) I understand we have some new readers (because I've been nagging people again *angelic smile*) so allow me to explain.  WAAAY back at the start of this blog, I had the absolutely horrible idea that we should try to do something that I called the 365 Days Challenge.  That is, I wanted to post every single day , for a full year, without missing a single day.  And we just hit day two hundred and fifty.  Be impressed.  :P  {you can read more here , but I think I covered it all} But anyway, enough about that, I promised a post for writers and by golly I'm gonna do it.
