International BFF's

Hey everybody! Amelia here (oh yeah thats my name by the way) with another of those favorites posts. This one's gonna be a bit different though...so hang in there, yeah? Alright, lets do this! 1. My favorite time; Sunset, when everything is in shades of pink and orange and purple, painting the sky in a different sort of beauty every day. The stars are barely visible, and the sun is this great big ball of light thats hard on the eyes but soft on the heart. The moon is orange, like a mandarin, small and shadowy and real enough that i think it could fit in the palm of my hand if i just reached out . But I don't, and that's okay. The moon deserves the sky, not a cage of pianist fingers. 2. My favorite animal(s); I have two favorites right now. The first? A bearded dragon. I'm not normally a fan of reptiles, but my family recently got one, and he's adorable. His name's Rango and he looks dangerous but is really sweet in reality. His spikes are actually soft and...

Hey guys! I am back! YAAAAAAAY!!!! I am also late...heheheh.... But I had an awesome time at the beach! I went swimming in the beautifully warm ocean, got an nice tan, even got a new little friend! His name is Squeakers! Ain't he adorable?! Now that I have Squeakers by my side, I can do anything! Well, that I feel like doing...which isn't a lot.... Anywho, more about Squeakers will come later, but apparently I have life to do! Expect to see him more frequently.... MWAHAHAHAHA!!!! Buh-bye!

Wazzup? So, first order of business, IBF's third birthday was this week ( here's the celebration post !) so, HAPPY BIRTHDAY IBF!!!!! Second order of business, today's post! As none of you know, my little sister, Ella-Grace, recently bought two hermit crabs. Both were girls, named Riley and Gretel. She bought Riley a few weeks before Gretel and, I'm sorry to say, we had her for about, ohhh, two days. Needless to say, she's dead. A moment of silence please .... Anywho, Ella decided that Gretel needed a proper funeral, and hired me (for free) as the photographer. Those are the photos I'm sharing with you today! Hey!! This is about my cat Doodles! I thought that I might share her story with you guys.  It is 100% true. This is the story about how she came into our family. Enjoy!              

Another Wednesday is upon us! And school is drawing nearer and nearer... I don't know about anyone else but my summer has felt very long. It might be the fact that I am working...or I am not used to the heat yet. Last summer we had fires. In Washington, there are normally fires every summer. But last year the fires were so bad that no one was allowed to go outside. The fires were about 2 hours away, but we got all the smoke. The air was so bad. My mom's nose would bleed, we always had coughs. I couldn't see the trees in my backyard.... This year is much different. we have had so much rain and wind. There were a few fires and there was definitely heat. I love it! I got two sides of Washington in the year I've lived here.  So those room pictures I promised... I know the pic of he room is a bit dark, but the lighting in my room is very bad. And yea, another kitten picture. She really doesn't want to have her face shown. She's a shy kitty.... ...

  Hey hey!   So this Tuesday I decided to sort of reintroduce myself to all my wonderful readers. I decided to share a few of my favorite things.     Anyway, onto the post!

Sorry bout that last post. I had been reading really sad Bianca and Nico headcanons. If you know what I mean, cheers. Tears, tissues, and me. That was why the last post was so....inspirational. I guess. So yeah, life is still boring. I am going to see some family out in New York on Easter though....by the time this is posted, that will be past tense....*face palm* Any who, i actually have no idea what this post is about. Huh, that's a first.  Oh, wait, I remember, you guys get to read more of my horrible writing. Yay. So yeah, hope you enjoy and all that jazz. Read on, hope you puke for my horrible grammar. I just realized how bad I am at intros....oh well I'm tired. I'm A Half-God! Surprisingly, I felt no pain, well other than my head throbbing. I thought that should have stopped by now. Guess not. I felt calm and oddly at ease with the situation. You didn't believe that did you? Really, I screamed and yanked the arrow out, too scared to care about damage....

HIIIIIIII EVERYBODY!! How are you on this fantabulous Tuesday?  It is Tuesday, right? *frantically checks and makes sure I don't have the date wrong* Okay, yeah.  Fantabulous Tuesday. So I realized I haven't really given you guys a good update on my life in who knows how long.  Therefore...update on life! School has been a bit stressful lately, between Dead Week (3rd Quarter Exams are killer y'all) and trying to juggle my increasingly demanding hobbies (writing, blogging, 4-H, etc.) with my also demanding responsibilities.  My dad just left on a 10 week school trip (military kids know what I'm talking about) and so it's just my mom, my grandmother (say hi MawMaw!) and I chilling in the house. Although grey days are never fun, they do have fantastic sunsets...which is why I love late winter/early spring (Mom:  SHUSH YOU'RE GOING TO JINX IT)

Helloooooo my readers! Shout out to all the bloggers that have left me alone to be the only poster for ten days now (except for one post from Jay, thanks!)  I'm not being passive aggressive at all.   But let's put that behind us, because you know what?  You are awesome people with busy, awesome lives, and it is A-okay with me if you don't post.  Mostly. Anyway, I've have some new dragon doodles to show you!  (Sorry Jillian, old habits don't die easy)  I hope you like them. Hiya! So I'm feeling kinda artsy today.  And stuff.  So we're going to talk about art, and stuff.  Yeah.  Descriptive, I know. So we've all seen the recent Star Wars movie.  We've all oohed and ahed.  And so, without further ado, my most recent random drawing: BB-8! Yes yes, I know, its a pretty sucky drawing, but still.  BB-8 is my new favorite droid because he's so adorable and ...and...and ADORABLE.

Hi everybody! You're probably wondering what's with the title?  Well, let's back up a few hours, to yesterday, when I was happily asleep in my bed. I had left the door open a *sliver* because it was warm and you know, the house is always freezing.  And suddenly, like my worst nightmare approaching, I hear the slow creek as the door bumps open.  I shudder and hide under the covers.  I can feel it's presence, coming closer and closer, creeping up to the edge of the bed. Finally, the horrible, dripping suspense is too much and I whirl around, ready for almost anything - and it's my adorable kitten, Mouse, with a glow-in-the-dark collar.  Oh. So she jumps up on the bed and snuggles under the covers, and she's so soft and sweet.   Purr purr purrrrrrrrrrrrr.   And I'm about to fall asleep - it's so peaceful and she's so warm - and then OW!!!  What the heck was that?! *scrambles backwards* And my sweet little itty bitty kitten is sitting there...

Hey what's up everybody!? So I was like JUST talking about how I do a TON of stuff with my time (most of which my parents silently frown upon but have given up trying to stop me)  Anyway, here's two acrylic paintings I recently did.  Yeah. This is a painting of everybody's favorite demon!  Ain't she adorable...just for kicks, here's the photo I based it off of... He's the other pic (sorry...cruddy cell phone pic) of the acrylic painting I did for my mom.  Of all the things she could have asked for, she asked for...a cow.  Why?  I don't know.  Ask her. So anyway, that's all I got for you guys today.  :P

Yep, the book is finally over with. I have to say, I'm kinda sad.  But that's ok, because I've already made some progress with The Survivors! :)  Book Two is heading your way peoples! So... Apparently there's a REASON nobody's given me a camera before now!  Because I want to take photos of everything .  But it makes blogging to much more fun!  :) At any rate, I took a bunch of really good photos of my pets, and I know you haven't seen anybody except Katherine, so now you get to meet my other two pets - Mrs. Mary Jane Frumpypants and Skoshi McHi-hi-hi-hi-hi-hi.  Actually, their names are just Joey and Skoshi, but who doesn't give their pets random nick names every once and a while?
