DIY Desk Organizer - Kathleen

Hi everybody! Great to be back, great to see you, missed y'all so much!

So I thought I would stick with the back-to-school theme and do a desk organizer DIY post. This is the third time I have done a desk organizer and I absolutely LOVE this one. So, lets get to the post!

Supplies:
  • 5 small boxes/cans
  • Top of a shoe box
  • scissors
  • hot glue
  • extra glue sticks
  • scrapbook paper
  • pen/pencil
  • paper towel
Directions:
  1. Gather all your supplies.
  2. Lay out the containers on your shoe box and trace around them. Cut it out.
  3. Cover the containers in scrapbook paper with the hot glue. Don't burn yourself!
  4. Glue all the scrapbook paper covered containers to the shoe box.                                                 
  5. Make sure you hot glue all the containers to the containers near them so it won't fall apart when you pick it up.
This is your finished product!
(Applause for great lighting, yes?)
(JK, that was sarcasm)

Thanks guys! Make some desk organizers! I promise, they improve your desk space like CRAZY! And they look super cute!

      :) Mom and Dad insisted that I actually have a desk because I put a board on top of two sets of drawers. It wasn't even a foot wide. I guess they were embarrassed... :/

      Lol I used to have a desk, but I out grew it. And we move a lot, so it's easier to use a lap desk on my bed :)

OK everybody, I hope you are having a great week! I, personally, have been super excited for today. Since school is starting soon, I thought I would share something I have been doing for a few years now. I like to decorate my school supplies in cute scrapbook paper. Some of my friends have asked me how to do it, so I'm going to show you how! Supplies: Spiral Notebook Scrapbook Paper Solid Color Printer Paper Graph Paper Liquid Glue Ruler Pencil Black Marker/Pen Directions: Trace your scrapbook paper to fit the notebook and cut it out. Then squeeze glue all over the front cover. Lay the paper down on top and use your ruler to push any air bubbles out. This is what it should look like now. 2. HEY GUYS!!!
