International BFF's

Hiya! How is everybody today?  Of course, its Monday and nobody's happy about that, but all-in-all, how are ya doing?  Glad to hear it. So I was going to do a well-thought-out, nice, politically correct post and all that, but then I thought...nah.  Why not rant at some inanimate objects? Ahem.

How's your day going? Well today is Sunday, plus the official start of Advent, so get your Christmas trees out people, it's time for snow!  (Mom: shhh!  The weather will hear you!!!)  Anyway, I mainly hoping for time to write, paint, and blog this holiday season, and that my radio station won't go all "holiday hits" on me. Hopefully. It's been a while (almost a full week!  gasp!) since I posted RMS story parts, so let's start off with one of those, k?

So people who know me... Know that about once a month I'll be like: OMIGOSH GUESS WHAT WHAT GUESS. Friends:  What. Me:  I CAME UP WITH A NEW BOOK IDEA AND ITS AMAZING OMGOODNESS Friends:  again?  I mean, cool. Me:  I've already written like four chapters and I'm super excited I was up all night can you tell? Friends:  No, not at all. And then you, my blog readers, get the spawn of that all night writing spree...my unfinished book.  But seriously, I have ideas!  I just need time to think about them ... for a couple years .... Anyway, as I'm sure you might have guessed, I have a random book idea.  I'm just going to share the first section (which is totally NOT the only bit I've written) as a teaser and then I'm outta here, k? §§§ I drift into the club, bored out of my skull and hoping that Hannah was there.  Of course, she is, chatting away with Marcus and blatantly ignoring Jet. So I'm really sorry guys... But I can't post much today.  Of course, on my least favorite holiday of the year (Thanksgiving, as said in my last, very opinionated post) my whole family, including me, falls sick with a nasty strain of something.  I should be A+ tomorrow though, so see you then!

Well, I have to say it, don't I. *sighs* ...Happy Thanksgiving.... There!  I said it!  Happy? Like I said a couple days ago...I'm not a fan of Thanksgiving.  Food and happy people and Christmas pretty much just rolling over this poor holiday...maybe I'll do a special Steve comic or something for next week.... But seriously: why have a holiday that we pretty much ignore the virtual meaning of, i.e. thanks...giving....giving...thanks...Thanksgiving.... and that gets run over by Christmas?  Why not just say "Christmas-is-beginning-Holiday" and be done with it (answer: you couldn't fit it on your calendar)  At any rate, can we focus more on the charitable side of it and actually give thanks  and stop focusing on the whole chowing down on food, watching football, and not embarrassing yourself if your hosting? That's just my thoughts on the subject. At any rate, I hope you have a great Thanksgiving and that you give thanks with the best of 'em...

HELLO!!! I hope you're having a great day...fun fact: only 210 days left till we have completed our ULTIMATE goal of posting everyday for 365 days straight!  I think I'll take like a month long vacation by that time.  Assuming we make it.  I'm feeling kinda confident though at nearly (sorta) half way through. So... I haven't been exactly great about blogging lately, and I apologize.  Stuff has been crazy with all the prep for Thanksgiving, which, in my opinion, is a waste of energy and holiday happiness.  Save it for Christmas or spend it all on charity.  Choose one. Thanksgiving is not  my fave holiday, because every year I'm forced to eat food that I hate (gasp) and worst of all...cranberry sauce.  Yes, I am the weirdo of the family.  Sue me. HIYA!! How are you today?  Good? Today is the Steve comic for the week!  I've been putting it off all week and kinda need to get it done or I might forget and yeah.  :) This one is one of my favorites, even if it is kinda small...I was just like, what would happen if Steve went to prom? Besides Steve, I have nothing else of interest...yeah.... I really have no time left to post... Because I spent most of my free time on the internet doing nothing interesting or productive.  I just wanted to say that I've started adding images in The Warriors (email me if you want to check it out)  Um....since that's too short to really be a post, here's another picture that you might like. So if you're from my neighborhood, you probably have participated in the Great Toad Hunts in the summer.  Where we go and torture the resident toads by collecting as many as we can and putting them in buckets until we've gotten every single one that we can (sorry toads) (we release them afterwards, don't worry) But it's now deep in November and no toads to be found, right? Well this guy was hanging on our door the other night, so I grabbed Mom's camera and snapped a photo.  Ain't he cute? Hello my peoples. I find it funny...everybody that I told about 365 was all like ... there's no way this short annoying kid can pull this off.  Ok, they didn't say that, and I have help (thanks Jillian!  Thanks Alisa!  Thanks Madison!) but seriously, here we are at almost 150 days!  Is that cool or what? And here's the really cool news:  I just edited the blog and made it all fall-ish and pretty!  Comment below with your thoughts.  There's been some things (ok, a lot of things) that have been bugging me ever since we started out (over a year ago, if you can believe it)  So I finally  fixed them.  And honestly, that's all I have to say today.  :) Talk to you tomorrow!

Well. Hello there. It's certainly been a while since I posted... sorry! I got caught up in school and just life. Also, it's November! I don't know if any of you have ever heard of NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month), but it's basically a time for writers to unite, buckle down, and just  write . So yeah, you guessed it, I'm doing NaNoWriMo this year. It's only my second year, and I kind of suck at it - but, I mean, hey. It's an excuse to be on my laptop all month, reading and posting and writing. I've also been really busy with school - I have so much homework! And volleyball season literally just ended this past weekend, so now that's a lot of time that I can finally get back to myself. Don't get me wrong, I love volleyball, but it's nice to have me time. Or, I guess, what's turning out to be let-me-catch-up-on-blogging-before-Noelle-kills-me time. Also, it's  this close  to my birthday! It's pretty hard to juggle all t...

HIYA ART LOVERS!!! So usually, I don't buy art, I just make art.  For those who know me, you know if I see something I like I just paint it.  But, I may have to make an exception for these amazing artists! So these are some really good art shops that you MUST take a look at, starting with Steph Lew.  You can see more of her art  here!   Anyway, here's some of her stuff, which I'm seriously considering getting some prints of. She does a lot of gorgeous Disney fan art. This is one of my favorites...but I think my all time favorite is her amazing Ariel down below. Look at it!  ITS PERFECT!!! HELLO. We are currently deep in the...um...depths of the second-to-last chapter of my first finished book, The Warriors.  :) BUT FIRST.  There is something more important! Steve has returned!  And this time he has a lame Halloween costume.  :P And of course, he'll return next week with another adorable comic, just like always. Now, for the real business at hand...

HOLA!! ¿Como están? Muy bien!  :)  I'm back with the news that I've started work on book two, some goofiness from my life, and, of course, even more story parts from the ending of The Warriors. Today was Sod Squad (my 4-H club) and we had our end-of-the-season bonfire.  We destroyed what remained of our gardens, pulled up about half a ton of dead, slimy zinnias (yes - slimy!  Also: guess who got to haul all them zinnias.  Certainly not with the help of the rest of the club, yours truly), and then bonfire time! We roasted marshmallows and hotdogs (yum!) and then climbed all over the huge wood pile, which of course included sword fighting, falling into small dark places, and getting covered in thorns.  But its all good, because we got out End-of-the-Year pins too!  I, of course, got my two-year pins.  :) Besides, than, my life is, bland, non-interesting, and vaguely boring.  Nothing cool to write about.  School, chores, dinner, slee...

Hiya! I'm back with even more RMS!!!  Because reasons. Random Marvel-based Story (80 & 81) White fog.  Nothing but white fog and screaming and pain.  Where am I? I’ve been here before.  Carousels.  There should be a carousel here, like before.  But that was so long ago...so very, very long ago. And I’m so tired.  I can’t keep this secret much longer.  It's too big, and I’m too small.  And it's hurting them.  It was never supposed to hurt them. So no carousel.  Just fog and screaming.  And a lot of pain.  And my back tingling like somebody set it on fire.  A nice kind of tingling. What happened?  The last thing I remember was fighting Shadow, and then Nova blasted a sheet of glass and - - “Let me go Daddy!”  I scream, struggling against ropes so tight I could never move again.  “Mommy’s going to find out.” Like rolling thunder, another voice pours into my mind, fillin...

Hey hey! So I know most of you probably have regular favorite Disney characters. Aladdin, Ariel, Merida, Rapunzel, Woody, Dopey, etc. Those are all great characters but I like the wild side of Disney, for example, Dug, Bolt, Marie, Pascal, Flounder, Abu, etc. My favorite Disney character just happens to be Pegasus, he's just so funny and awesome!
