Game of Thrones and Other Important Book Stuff

Hey everybody!  I know, I know, I said I'd post about my crazy adventures this week but I reeeeeally wanted to make this special announcement!  That, and, I recently read Game of Thrones and holy cow the rumors were true.   I had such a great time reading it that I decided to write down some of my actual reactions, to share with you guys! (They're spoiler free don't worry)

  • Did anybody live through that chapter?
  • Ok so he died and became a watchaface and then he turned him into a watchaface, but what happened to him?!
  • Oh he died

  • That's it!  I'm going to kill him
  • Ok I need a break
  • One more chapter won't hurt, I need to know what happened

  • I don't want to hear about Bran get back to Eddard!!
  • Ed go away what happens to Catelyn?!
  • Ew Catelyn, go back to Daenrys!
  • How do you spell Daenrys?
  • Did he smash his face into the keyboard for this paragraph

  • TOO MANY CHARACTERS KILL SOME OFF
  • Wait, no, that's not what I meant!
  • I hate him already
  • Ok you're cool.
  • What do you mean he's a traitor I SWEAR
  • Who died?!
  • Ewwwwwwwww
  • NOOOOO NOT THAT CHARACTER
  • *through tears* Mom why did you buy this for me
  • Nooooo
  • Nuuuuuuuuu
  • Finally, the end-
  • NOOO
Yeah...it's a great book.
Anyway, IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TIME!!! *trumpets* So as you all know I write, like, a lot.  I mean, this blog has never six hundred posts (six hundred!!) for a reason... I'm constantly writing.  If it's not on here, it's on one of my other blogs, or working on a book, and I'm am very proud to announce that i have a new book!


I Met a Blind Boy Today is a cute story about what happens two very different people meet...  they fall in love.  It's a romance.  Don't judge me.

Anyway, the people who have already read it (including former bloggers Clarissa, Kathleen, Alisa, and current blogger A.R.) all say it's good and as the author I highly suggest it.  I'm going to look into publishing it but until that's a a more solid deal it's available on my Wattpad account (@theChalkGirl) along with my other writing (RMS, short stories, etc.  The Girl with the Condition (my other short book) is not published on there as of right now

So yeah, I hope that you go check it out and have a great day!

OK everybody, I hope you are having a great week! I, personally, have been super excited for today. Since school is starting soon, I thought I would share something I have been doing for a few years now. I like to decorate my school supplies in cute scrapbook paper. Some of my friends have asked me how to do it, so I'm going to show you how! Supplies: Spiral Notebook Scrapbook Paper Solid Color Printer Paper Graph Paper Liquid Glue Ruler Pencil Black Marker/Pen Directions: Trace your scrapbook paper to fit the notebook and cut it out. Then squeeze glue all over the front cover. Lay the paper down on top and use your ruler to push any air bubbles out. This is what it should look like now. 2. Write the title of your notebook (i.e. Math, English etc.) on the graph paper and cut it out, leaving a little room around it. 3. Jay & Noelle - WRITINGS TIPS

HEY GUYS!!! It’s Noelle and Jay, working on a post together!  (Gods help us) I’M HERE TOO, DUDES!! >:D Any who, we're doing a nice little writing tips post ...Like I said.  This is just a crazy post where two writers (also, character killers :D) will talk about writing and how to beat writer's block and...stuff like that.  Wow, I’m so articulate today.
