So...
Apparently there's a REASON nobody's given me a camera before now! Because I want to take photos of
everything. But it makes blogging to much more fun! :)
At any rate, I took a bunch of really good photos of my pets, and I know you haven't seen anybody except Katherine, so now you get to meet my other two pets - Mrs. Mary Jane Frumpypants and Skoshi McHi-hi-hi-hi-hi-hi. Actually, their names are just Joey and Skoshi, but who doesn't give their pets random nick names every once and a while?
I should probably get started and stop rambling, shouldn't I?

I spent like half-an-hour editing these photos until I was happy. Sorry some of them are so blurry, I'm not a fantastic photographer. |
 |
This is Bundle-of-Joy's favorite spot in the house. |
 |
This one turned out really good. |
 |
I love photo editing my pics in different way and messing with the colors and stuff. |
So that's my kitten: Bundle-of-Joy, Katherine, Kitten, "Her" (usually with dramatic, distrustful note), That Thing, My Cat. Now...moving on to my older, grumpier cat.
 |
My photos of Joey turned out much better. |
 |
She was sitting next to a bright, natural light, against a white wall, on a white table. She was totally asking to be photographed, don't you think? |
 |
I love the way her basic grey contrasted with the bright orange pumpkins! Cute! |
 |
See how pretty she turned out? |
And you know what comes next...wait for it...wait for it....
 |
HI! HI HIH HIHIH HI HI HI HI HI !!! |
 |
Loooooooveeee meeeeeeeeee |
 |
See.....you looooooooove meeee |
 |
This photo took so long to edit until I was happy with it, and of course it looked like nothing has been changed. |
 |
She's actually holding still for once! :) |
 |
That's my pretty puppy. |
Wait! I'm not done with you yet! You've read my blog post, so now, you have to read...Random Marvel-based Story! (Right?) Anyway, it's only one part today at any rate, so you'll survive, I promise.
Random Marvel-based Story (Part 57)
“I had to yell at Fury for about half an hour to let me take you home. He wanted to-”
“Quarantine me?” Jess said, not without a touch of bitterness. She stroked a purring Honey, smiling a little, and added, “That’s not the first time I’ve heard something like that.”
Danny didn’t push the subject, but instead focused on making some organic soup for the starving Jess. Three days of being unconscious had taken its toll on her thin body. “I thought I had lost you,” He whispered, but if Jess heard it she didn’t say anything. “You were pretty weak when I brought you home, but -” Danny added, louder and hopefully more cheerfully.
She cut across, whispering, “How long was I out?”
He handed her a steaming bowl of soup and shook his head, scared to say what had actually happened. When Jess glared at him, he said, “Three days. You were in and out for two days, screaming and then falling asleep again. Then you - well, um,” He trailed off.
“Spit it out Danny,” Jess said weakly, sipping the broth from the side of the bowl.
“You were getting worse, muttering in your sleep. You stopped breathing like ten times,” He whispered and hating the words coming out of his mouth. “You kept saying, 'not them, not them, take me...' We thought that we were going to lose you.”
Jess stared off into space, lost in thought. “Memory wipes,” she said randomly. “That’s what’s causing this.”
“You’re kidding,” Danny laughed. “Like in your weird American movies? Sci-fi film memory wipes?” He caught Jess’s eye and his laugh faded away into a cold silence. “You’re not joking, are you?”
She shook her head and laid back against the pillows. “When you wipe somebody’s memory there’s usually a key word that ‘unlocks’ that memory. Otherwise, the memory should be unreachable. The trouble starts when somebody accidently triggers parts of the memory, like...croissants,” She muttered, staring at Danny. He didn’t meet her gaze.
“So somebody triggered your memories...memories that had been wiped?” Danny said. “Just trying to understand what going on here.”
Jess nodded, and rubbed her forehead. “It hurts,” She groaned, and took another sip of her soup.
“What do you know, then? What do you remember?”
She shook her head, and it scared Danny how weak she looked. “I don’t want to remember. It hurts too much. It...it could break me.”
Jess just looked so pitiful and frightened that Danny sat down next to her and awkwardly put an arm around her. “It’s going to be ok, I promise.”
She curled up against him, shuddering when a breeze burst in through the window. “Hawkeye promised too.”
