Intro For... Alisa Pelino!

Hello, world! Or rather, hello, my international BFFs!

My name, if you can't tell, is Alisa Pelino - and I've just become the author of this blog! Well, one of them, anyway. So... what to say. I'm quite ordinary. I eat, I sleep, I read, I do school (unless I can avoid it)... and... I have 10 brothers and sisters! (okay, not-so-ordinary after all I guess).

Yes, you read that right. Yes, you can re-read it. My parents had 11 kids, and I'm the youngest. I'm a new blogger, so I might be like all weird and totally out of the groove here at first... but yeah, you guys will just have to help me out. :P Reading is great. It's fun, and I have a vivid imagination, so I get really wrapped up in good books. Like, all the time.

Uh... I'm a sophomore in high school, but I skipped 8th grade. I was born in November, and I'm 14, so my age is right in between freshman and sophomore. Because my name is kind of weird, I'll just tell you outright - my name is pronounced just like Lisa, but there's an A in front of it, hahaha! Also, yes, it's a girl's name, and I am a girl, and I should probably warn you - I'm an Italian. If you get hit by my wild hand gestures and pro-Italian opinions twelve states over, I apologize.

Because I'm new, would y'all mind telling me what state you're from? I live in Ohio... the land of corn and wild weather.

    Anyway, I live in NJ because my family is military but most of my family (grandparents, uncles, and aunts) live in upstate NY, to be more specific they live in Plattsburgh NY :)

OK everybody, I hope you are having a great week! I, personally, have been super excited for today. Since school is starting soon, I thought I would share something I have been doing for a few years now. I like to decorate my school supplies in cute scrapbook paper. Some of my friends have asked me how to do it, so I'm going to show you how! Supplies: Spiral Notebook Scrapbook Paper Solid Color Printer Paper Graph Paper Liquid Glue Ruler Pencil Black Marker/Pen Directions: Trace your scrapbook paper to fit the notebook and cut it out. Then squeeze glue all over the front cover. Lay the paper down on top and use your ruler to push any air bubbles out. This is what it should look like now. 2. Write the title of your notebook (i.e. Math, English etc.) on the graph paper and cut it out, leaving a little room around it. 3. Jay & Noelle - WRITINGS TIPS

HEY GUYS!!! It’s Noelle and Jay, working on a post together!  (Gods help us) I’M HERE TOO, DUDES!! >:D Any who, we're doing a nice little writing tips post ...Like I said.  This is just a crazy post where two writers (also, character killers :D) will talk about writing and how to beat writer's block and...stuff like that.  Wow, I’m so articulate today.
