Noelle - Day 240 (Thoughts on a NJ Drive)

Hi guys!
I have nothing but strange thoughts and wonderings today, plus previews for two art pieces that I'm going to scan in soon!

Here's those previews:

That's all I'm going to show for now (those are my basis pictures).  I think they turned out good, and new fan art coming soon!

And now, back to the usual strange thoughts.

Mom and I were driving home from 4H today, having weird conversations and the usual stuff, and I was thinking:  we have deer crossing signs, and tractor crossing signs, and duck crossing signs, but any kid on base would agree - New Jersey needs ground hog crossing signs.

So I tell this to Mom, who starts laughing.  And I'm like what?  And she just looks at me and says, "Moving Haystack X-ing".

Can you imagine?!  People coming to NJ and just seeing these signs warning against FUZZY LUMPS crossing the road!  "What are those things?"  "Oh, those are just the infamous 'moving haystacks' of New Jersey.  Very friendly until approached or crossing the road - after which they become stupid and run into car."  "...wut."  "Yes, they're quite strange creatures.  Can be repelled with a pitch fork."

...

*realizes that people might not know what the heck I'm talking about*

Ground hogs are basically larger, grazing guinea pigs about a foot in length.  They're fuzzy, adorable, and tiny demons that ravage through people's gardens and eat ONLY HALF of any fruit or vegetable they find (even if you leave the scraps out for them).  I'm telling you, these little balls of cuteness are also little balls of pure rage, evil, and fire from hell.  Don't doubt me.

Small demons, I tell you

Anyway, now that I've stopped hating on the moving haystacks of New Jersey, I am out of strange thoughts (I forgot my other blog-post prompt so....)

I'll see you tomorrow, have a great day, and don't forget to comment!  Bye!
