Noelle - Day 304 (Winter Soldier Part 1)

Hi everybody!
How are y'all doing today?  I'm doing FANTABULOUS.  In fact, better than fantabulous, because I just stumbled across an old journal of mine and it's like, blogging gold.  Which is good, because before I found said journal, my general mood was:


Life is hard, y'all.  School, chores, half the planet coming to stay at our house in like three weeks, writer's block, stress...the list goes on and on.  But blogging makes me feel better, so :D

So I recently posted about a random story that a friend of mine and I wrote a while back (shout out to you, Alisa) called The Winter Soldier and I decided that I would post it.  I will have to edit it as I go along, because it had a few references that nobody else would understand...but I hope you like it.  There are like two characters in there that are original and when they show up, I'll explain about them, sorta like Jay did yesterday.  Anyway, here's part one, which is fairly short, and I hope you like it!

The Winter Soldier, Part 1:

Midnight.

Usually, Jess would be awake, fiddling with tech from the lab, or painting.  Maybe even roaming the city.  Danny hated it when she did that, but he was out on a classified mission.  It had been an exhausting day at work, and she was done.  Ready to sleep.  So over today. Etc.

Jess was about to crash on the couch, not even bothering to change out of her super suit, but her phone rang.  “Who the heck...?”  She scrambled up and found her cell phone, still ringing off the hook.

“Hello?”  She said sleepily.

“Jess?” asked Clint in his Agent Barton voice. “I need you to come to the Tower, right now.”

She scratched be back of her neck.  “Clint,” She muttered.  “It’s past midnight.  I’ve been kicking butt all day on mission.  Can it wait?”

“No, you need to come immediately. I can’t find anyone.”

“Of course.  Why would anybody have a crisis when I’m well-rested?  I’m on my way.”

Anyway, like I said, it's pretty short. That's all for today...actually, IDEA! How about whenever I post a TWS part, I'll post some Bucky fan art that I've found? Sound good? Of course it sounds good. :D

Noelle would like to note that The Winter Soldier is NOT a cannon story to the Messy Marvel series...so basically, the author wrote a fan fiction of her fan fiction.

Since school is starting soon, I thought I would share something I have been doing for a few years now. I like to decorate my school supplies in cute scrapbook paper. Some of my friends have asked me how to do it, so I'm going to show you how! Supplies: Spiral Notebook Scrapbook Paper Solid Color Printer Paper Graph Paper Liquid Glue Ruler Pencil Black Marker/Pen Directions: Trace your scrapbook paper to fit the notebook and cut it out. Jay & Noelle - WRITINGS TIPS

HEY GUYS!!! It’s Noelle and Jay, working on a post together!  (Gods help us) I’M HERE TOO, DUDES!! >:D Any who, we're doing a nice little writing tips post ...Like I said.  This is just a crazy post where two writers (also, character killers :D) will talk about writing and how to beat writer's block and...stuff like that.  Wow, I’m so articulate today. Why hello there! Welcome, welcome! Remember that cute little Easter Bunny short story I wrote a while back? Well, I thought, since it was so much fun to write, i'll do another! Fun, right?
