Noelle - Day 265 (More Marvel)

Hello everybody!
It's your favorite blogger and marvel fan girl!!!

Today I want to talk about my current favorite show.  For those of you who live near by, you're coming over and watching it.  Whether you want to or not.  Don't even think about arguing.

Any who, I feel like I should fill in for these slightly boring posts with some random bloggable stuff about my life, so hmmm.  Let's see, because it's winter, my very thin hair gets super staticky.  Seriously, I would prefer curly hair that gets tangled.  Why?  Because no matter what I wear (fuzzy or not fuzzy, rubber or not) I get electric sparks on my fingers whenever I touch light switches.  Or keyboards.  Or computer screens.  And it hurts.  :(

That's enough blog stuff for one day?  Right?!

So anyway, back on subject.  Favorite show!  A lot of people say that Agents of SHIELD isn't that great, but I enjoy it - I think it has a good storyline and some killer plot twists, with believable characters.  I'm considering doing a Messy Marvel/AoS cross over short story.  Just for fun one day.
I was going to stick with Agents of SHIELD but this is just too cute not to share.  :)

Note:  I'm going to try and avoid spoilers, and will mark them when they show up, but if you have not seen the show and plan on it, or are vaguely interested in it, then STOP READING RIGHT NOW.  STOP.  GO NO FURTHER.  YOU SHALL NOT PASS.

Right.  Focusing now.
Agent Coulson is awesome.
So a good explanation of the show would be:  Agent Coulson (presumed dead because of Loki in the Avengers) collects a group of people - a specialist, an "accountant" (who is really kick butt and awesome), a pair of scientists, and eventually other people.

My explanation would probably be:  AGENT COULSON MAY CALVARY DON'T CALL HER THAT FITZSIMMONS FOREVER SKYESKYESKYE SKYE MY BABY DON'T WORRY COULSON WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU WARD NO WARD STOP NO NO NO SKYE CALVARY

Or something close to that.  I think that's pretty accurate.

Like I said.  Coulson is awesome.  And did I mention awesome?
Plus, besides Coulson's obvious awesomeness, Agent Melinda May (aka the Calvary) is one hunk of kick butt coolness concealed by a face that doesn't smile until season two (unless she's making fun of you)

Don't get on her bad side.  EVER.

(also, that's a drawing.  Who?  How?!)

Anyway besides the horrible heart wrenching story line (I actually cried in the season two finale) there's lots of puns, references to movies (THOR!!  AVENGERS!! INHUMANS!!), and all around snark.

If you have not seen the season one finale, stop right here.  Seriously, I will spoil it so bad if you don't stop.  NO STOP DON'T!

Like I said, the story line is horribl(y good) and the plot twists actually take you by surprise.  FEELINGS.  UGH.

When I found about the hydra spy I was panicking and I don't think I've stopped.  WHY!!?  THIS IS WHY I HAVE TRUST ISSUES WHEN IT COMES TO SHOWS!  (and probably also why book two and three of RMS are going to be so evilly heart wrenching)
AGH.  THIS IS NOT OKAY WITH ME.

End Spoilers Section.

So, I'll stop fan girling now - and whew, that was intense.  Here, have a funny head cannon to be on your way:

Thanks for reading!  Don't forget to comment, have a great day, and I'll see you tomorrow for another 365 Days post!  Bye!
