Noelle - Day 213 (Fan Girling)

Hiya!
I took me like ten minutes to convince my computer that fan girling was even a word.  And after that, I had to remind my glitter brained mind what I was actually going to post about fan girling.  Hmmmmmm oh yeah.

SO most of you know I'm in a 4H group called Sod Squad.  We plant plants and paint pots and complain about grubs and talk about compost and stuff.  BUT when we're not doing that stuff we talk about other stuff.  LIKES STAR WARS.

Alright, so I'm painting a pot, and listening to Elena and two other friends talk about Star Wars and sci fi shows and stuff.  Keep in mind that I'm wearing my AWESOME SAUCE minecraft sweatshirt and my Agents of SHIELD t-shirt.

And one of these other friends turns around and goes, "What about you Noelle?  Oh, I forgot, you don't watch stuff like that," and turns back around!

Me and all the people who know me were all like:


(I finally figured out how to put in gifs and its kinda stupid how easy it is.  Sigh.)

Once I got over my pure shock, I finally pulled myself out of it and was like hold up!  You about to be educated.

So anyway, I sat my butt down next to them and informed them on my awesomeness.  I went super nerd on them, okay.  I apologize to these two guys, but seriously.  Where did you get this strange idea that I don't like sci fi?  Was it the Marvel t-shirts?  Or maybe the Star Wars one?

Anyway, so I started listing off all the shows that I love and they're slowly backing away like ummmmmmmmmm I don't know half of those.  And finally I said Star Trek and Firefly and they freaked out and were like, "I LOVED THOSE SHOWS!!"  And we freaked out together.  It was pretty awesome.

Of course, there was the whole questionnaire on Marvel:

Them:  Okay, if you're such a Marvel fan, what's your favorite Marvel movie?  (he guessed Thor)
Me:  Probably Captain America Winter Soldier.
Them:  Favorite Avenger?
Me:  Last week I would have said Scarlet Witch but they messed put her character so bad I'm mad.
Them:  Um...they did?

ANYWAY I was so happy because I finally got to fangirl.  I know so much useless information that only because interesting if you meet another fan.  High fives all around everybody.  Noelle got to fan girl.

OK everybody, I hope you are having a great week! I, personally, have been super excited for today. Since school is starting soon, I thought I would share something I have been doing for a few years now. I like to decorate my school supplies in cute scrapbook paper. Some of my friends have asked me how to do it, so I'm going to show you how! Supplies: Spiral Notebook Scrapbook Paper Solid Color Printer Paper Graph Paper Liquid Glue Ruler Pencil Black Marker/Pen Directions: Trace your scrapbook paper to fit the notebook and cut it out. Then squeeze glue all over the front cover. Lay the paper down on top and use your ruler to push any air bubbles out. This is what it should look like now. 2. Write the title of your notebook (i.e. Math, English etc.) on the graph paper and cut it out, leaving a little room around it. 3. Jay & Noelle - WRITINGS TIPS

HEY GUYS!!! It’s Noelle and Jay, working on a post together!  (Gods help us) I’M HERE TOO, DUDES!! >:D Any who, we're doing a nice little writing tips post ...Like I said.  This is just a crazy post where two writers (also, character killers :D) will talk about writing and how to beat writer's block and...stuff like that.  Wow, I’m so articulate today. Why hello there! Welcome, welcome! Remember that cute little Easter Bunny short story I wrote a while back? Well, I thought, since it was so much fun to write, i'll do another! Fun, right?
