Noelle - Day 140 (Back With Boringness!)
I am here!
Be happy about it.
So today I have a ton of boring information to cover, but, on the upside, I have a Steve comic for you, plus...wait for it, wait for it...after a majorly long period of time (ok, three days) RMS is back! I know I said I was going to be gone for like a month, but you also know that I can't stay away...BWAHAHAHA!!! Don't worry, I don't have a bunch of parts yet, so you won't get swamped right away...or will you?
Ok, boring info #1: If you're a military kid on Google+, I just made a community that you might be interested it. Consider it a place to hang out, a compromise from me nagging you into blogging, or just a way to connect/stay-in-touch with old friends/the latestgossip news at your previous base. :P You can talk to me via email or google hangouts, and friend (friend me? follow me? circle me?) here. K? If you have any questions talk to me below in the comments.
Boring stuff #2: For those of you who follow StWD comics, I'm posting on Google+, Facebook, and on here now. So you can't miss it...BWAHAHAHA!!!
Alright, there was something else I will no doubt remember at 3:45 AM tonight, but for now, here's the stuff.
“Yeah, grasshopper, patience,” she added, tapping Nova’s bucket-shaped helmet. “Give me a minute to find a granola bar and then we can go play S.H.I.E.L.D. teen agent.”
Be happy about it.

The Survivors (Part 1) {Ah...a fresh start...so relaxing.....}
A huge harpoon-shaped pain jabs into my stomach, blasting me out of the water like a freight train hitting a squirrel on its tracks.
Everything is fuzzy and yet ultra-sharp at the same time, and it’s like time had caught on a hook and is unable to catch up. The roaring grew larger, louder and louder, jamming my ears and paralyzing me in place, halfway between ground and water. The pain is unbearable, a scream is escaping from my lips... The world was ripping away...away...away.....
“Again.” Nick Fury’s voice weaves into the scene.
“I am dangerous and need to be quarantined,” I find my voice saying, but I’m not speaking, I’m not even moving, I’m not in control...
“You said it wrong,” and I hear the gun, the energy building up behind my head, I know what’s going to happen before he even pulls the trigger and-
Jessie Willow sat up straight in bed, the blanket falling off of her, her skin drenched in sweat. She groaned in pain, rubbing her sore rib cage and the scratchy sling where her arm should have been.
“Another bad dream?” Said a familiar voice to her right.
She ignored him and dove back under the blankets. “Did you break into my apartment again, Danny?” Jess could already see the sheepish grin spreading across his face.
“It’s not breaking in if you gave me the extra key,” The blonde boy said happily. She grunted and squiggled further under her fuzzy blanket.
Somebody else poked her in the shoulder. “Wake up, ya slug! Today’s the day!” Sam shouted extremely close to her ear.
Jess ignored him as well (with great effort) and grunted, “It's a Saturday. I’ll get up when I want to. And calling me a slug is rude.”
“You promised,” Sam said, using his puppy-dog looks to get his way...again. “C’mon, it’s already 9:30!”
She groaned. “Really guys? Perfect blanket cocoon here,” she snapped, but she was already working her way upwards. “There’s coffee on the counter and, well you guys know where everything is, why am I wasting my time?”
The chocolate-brown haired boy gladly helped himself to some cereal while Daniel poured coffee into a mug that was graffitied with the words, ‘Live Long and Prosper, Ya Muggle!’
Ten minutes later, Jess burst out of the bedroom, grinning like she had been up for hours. She had re-dyed her hair to its usual black since the last time Danny had seen her and although her arm was still in a sling from the incident, she looked more ready to be a crime fighter than anybody else on the team. “Morning, you two,” she said cheerfully, emptying three packets of Splenda into the vat she called her coffee mug. “Nova, don’t eat too much of that cereal, have you seen the sugar count in it?”
Sam insolently shoved another handful of the marshmallow cereal in his mouth and jammed his golden helmet onto his head. “So, can we go now or what?”
“Patience is the key to eternal happiness,” Danny said calmly as Jess mouthed along from behind her coffee.
“Yeah, grasshopper, patience,” she added, tapping Nova’s bucket-shaped helmet. “Give me a minute to find a granola bar and then we can go play S.H.I.E.L.D. teen agent.”
