Day 3, Clouds
Shout out to America!
This is more than just a good morning to the world I live in. I want to say thank you to everybody. Thank you to those people in Texas who are getting swamped (literally). I hope today is a better day. Thank you to the homeschool moms of America, because I would be failing school with out them. Thank you to Ms. Wen for being a great - no - amazing 4-H leader. Um... there is a ton more I could say but I'm not going to.
I hope that your day is sunny and warm, your coffee caffeinated, your desk chair soft, your high-heels comfortable, your water fights wet, your pajamas soft, and when it rains I hope the heavens open up upon us. I hope we all take leave of our senses and go dance in the rain like we're all little kids again. I hope we have world peace today (sorry folks, not happening). May the Force be with you, may your spells be unbroken, may God bless you in all your days and may you live an interesting life. ;-)
You may be wondering why in the world today's post was called "clouds". Honestly, because I find that clouds are a good directioner for life. There are days when everything is flat and muddy and grey and you just want it to end because you can't break down but you can be happy, and those are the days when a drop of sun is all you need to grow. There are days when the sun shines so hot and there is nothing to sheild you from that fiery glare and you wish with all your broken heart that the pressure would stop. But just remember, there are other days. There are days when the clouds are beautiful and pink, days when the wind is nice and the clouds are nice and pure. There are days when it rains and its still sunny and the light turns orange and pink, and you go outside as if you're never coming back.
There are people who miss these days, thinking it all to be grey, but I hope you embrace it. Go dance in the rain.
( go and smell the roses! )
